Intellectual Property Development Transformations in Chinese Societies

This article analyzes the current situation of China's intellectual property rights by analyzing legislation and revision law; development stages time to take theoretical system with Chinese characteristics as goal, set statistical standards, analyze deficiencies. The conclusion is that directions transformation in China are ontology culture.
